Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Job Description
- We are looking to fill the position of a retail sales representative who can handle customers and sales at our establishment.
- You will be required to help them with selling products, helping customers with their purchases and keeping a check on the stock at the store.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Provide accurate information (product features, pricing and after sales services).
- Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment.
- Manage and maintain sales inventory and ensuring that the store is fully stacked.
- Analyze competitor’s products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Provide customer feedback to the store manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND in any discipline
- 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Proven sales experience
- Strong analytical, communication skills and computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to details.
Salary
N70,000 / month.
