We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Accounting Degree or equivalent
- 8 – 10 years post ICAN / ACCA / CPA qualification experience required
- Minimum of Three years Senior Management Role experience
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
- (ICAN), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry would be an added advantage
- Not above 40 years of age
- Knowledge of applicable tax laws, codes and regulations in the industry
- Working knowledge and experience of an accounting software / ERP.
Key Competencies:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent accounting software use
- Proficiency with income recognition and financial modelling
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- High level of Integrity and Honesty
- Ability to deliver on the job.
- Any other duties as instructed by the Management Director.
