Job Description
- The company is seeking to hire a resourceful HR Manager who will be responsible for all employee-related issues and concerns.
- This role will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and talent management.
- The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the daily operations of the office and its various personnel, including communicating with staff, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management, and implementing incentives to enhance employee productivity.
Requirements
- First Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field required.
- 3+ years of human resource management experience.
- CIPM or any relevant certification would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
