Kerr and Luxe Limited is a boutique styled world-class real estate site and service company with the aim to provide Nigerians affordable plots, making housing a reality by supporting the government in reducing housing deficit and making Nigeria a great nation again which is on the hills of designated government agencies ’ and bodies inability to providing sufficient housing units which are affordable for the poor majority in urban areas.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence in the real estate industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through effective business development strategies.

Responsibilities
Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business expansion.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, real estate developers, and industry partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient deal closures.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with real estate developers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Explore joint ventures and collaboration opportunities.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates on business development activities, sales forecasts, and achievements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N350,000 monthly
  • Sales Commission.
