Overview of the Role

  • As a Sales Representative at Branch, you will be pivotal in driving sales while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Your responsibilities will extend beyond sales, encompassing proactive issue resolution and diligent oversight of customer interactions on our app.
  • You will be instrumental in maintaining positive business relationships and ensuring customers adhere to loan repayment schedules.
  • This role requires a keen understanding of our app’s functionality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Here are some things you’ll do:

  • Drive efforts to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule, demonstrating a commitment to meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze, and track sales and status reports
  • Perform thorough cost-benefit and needs analyses for existing and potential customers, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements and drive value.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, employing a proactive approach to maximize satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services with compelling and well-articulated arguments to both existing and prospective customers, showcasing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences

Minimum Requirements

  • A solid understanding of financial technology (fintech) products and services.
  • This includes knowledge of digital banking, payment systems, and other relevant fintech solutions.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative particularly in a Fintech
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
