Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate would be joining a dynamic engineering and systems integrator firm with a focus on providing integrated renewable energy solutions.
- As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper reporting of the organization’s financial health.

Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of the business’s financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Assist in coordinating & reviewing all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with the computation of PAYE, VAT taxes and render returns. prepare monthly payroll.
- Assist in the preparation and analyses of financial statements & budgets, providing insights to support strategic decision-making by management.
- Assist in managing daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year experience as an Accountant.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Knowledge in using accounting software or MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Salary
N40,000 Monthly.
