About the Job
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
- Designing and coordinating the preparation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, training materials, and other communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements.
- Revise procedures and reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
- Collaborate with corporate counsels and the HR department to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside the Zone as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
- Supervise compliance officers and team.
- Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
Requirements

- You have proficiency in Audit Command Language.
- You have effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills and good stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar position.
- You have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- You have a strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
- You are experienced in the Investigation and Review of Suspicious Transactions, Risk Management, Control, and Internal and Regulatory Compliance.
- You have solid AML and compliance Audit knowledge.
