Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Lagos.
  • The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting with HR management, HR information systems, benefits administration, and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
  • Human Resources (HR) skills, including an understanding of HR laws and policies
  • Experience in HR Management and Benefits Administration
  • Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
