Job Description
- An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated and experienced litigation lawyer to join our dynamic team.
- The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in court, as well as a passion for advocating for their clients.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions and briefs.
- Represent clients in court and at other legal proceedings.
- Argue motions and present evidence in court.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
- Maintain client’s records and case files.
- Comply with all legal and ethical requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees in Law with 5+ years relevant work experience in litigtaion.
