Job Description

  • As a Hospitality/Patient Experience Executive, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall patient experience and ensuring that our healthcare facility maintains high standards of hospitality.
  • You will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction, increase loyalty, and promote our brand through exceptional service delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to integrate hospitality principles into all aspects of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement patient experience initiatives aimed at enhancing satisfaction levels and loyalty.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of programs to improve the overall hospitality within the healthcare facility.
  • Conduct regular assessments and analysis of patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing strategies that align with the overall patient experience goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Train and educate staff on hospitality best practices and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance the patient experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management and incorporate them into our healthcare facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and their application in enhancing patient experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to enhance patient experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for providing exceptional service and improving the patient experience.
