Job Title: Sales Automation Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

About the Role

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of sales Distributor Sales reps incentives system.
  • Responsible for maintaining interface with IS support system to ensure Newspage and PBI down time and data inaccuracies are minimized.
  • Responsible for maintaining business performance drumbeats to keep stake-holders abreast of progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Responsible for providing support to Sales Operations Manager in publishing monthly Distributors’ sales and inventory reports.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collation and computation of Distributors’ sales reps incentives and ensuring payment is made to the reps within stipulated and aligned timelines.
  • Responsible for driving the usage and adoption of Hand-Held Devices and Printers by all sales reps on the field.
  • Responsible for collation month end inventory reports for the publication of Roadmap.
  • Responsible for monthly collation of data for the publication of Sales Contest Updates.
  • Responsible for conducting regular health checks on the DBSR incentive system to ensure reps are getting paid as per booklets.
  • Responsible for publishing daily KPI reports and other performance-related reports with all aligned stakeholders.
  • Responsible for maintenance with IS support to ensure systems down time is minimized.
  • Responsible for ensuring price and product accuracy are maintained on newspage and for issuing monthly price and product compliance reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy of all data (sales, MSL, inventory, ECO etc) on Newspage and PBI.

Professional Qualification & Experience

  • First Degree in any field. Tech Savvy.
