Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the growth of the school by identifying and pursuing business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and implementing strategies to enhance the school’s reputation and financial sustainability.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and relationship building within the education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth in the education sector.
  • Analyze demographic data to understand the target audience and develop strategies to attract new students.
  • Collaborate with the school leadership team to develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the school’s mission and goals.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities to enhance the school’s financial sustainability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and educational institutions to create partnerships that benefit the school.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop mutually beneficial initiatives that enhance the school’s reputation and contribute to its success.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the school’s programs, achievements, and unique offerings.
  • Enhance the school’s online and offline presence through effective branding and communication strategies.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to develop strategies for increasing student enrollment.
  • Implement initiatives to improve the overall student experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to the school leadership team.
  • Identify cost-effective solutions and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Organize events, workshops, and networking sessions to promote the school and engage with the community.
  • Represent the school at industry conferences and events to build a strong professional network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of international education trends and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
