Job Description
- As an Accountant at FibreWorld, you will play a crucial role in managing financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
- The ideal candidate will possess a first-degree in accounting, be ICAN or ACCA certified, and demonstrate expertise in financial modeling, financial planning, reporting, financial analysis, financial advisory, account receivables, and other key accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Creating and maintaining financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Overseeing account receivables and ensuring timely collections.
- Generating and analyzing financial reports for management review.
- Providing financial advisory services to support business growth and profitability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
- ICAN or ACCA certification is required.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, planning, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
