Job Description

• A Business Manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
• Their duties include managing and motivating the staff (tailors, & admin staff) with great customer service, managing business operations as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve success in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete business administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee business operations (Manufacturing, fabric sourcing, sales, customer service and admin)
• Manage Inventory.
• Website management (sales orders, pricing and items)
• Manage quarterly photoshoots
• Manage order dispatching.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).
• Be a shining example of good behaviour and high performance
• Be a middle-man between staff and the Managing Director

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager or business manager
• Proven work experience in the Fashion industry
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
