We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Call Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manages recovery of overdue loan.
- Contacting customers daily/weekly and informing them of their overdue loans.
- Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / NCE/OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Have strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Must have Android Phone.
- Previous experience in tele-collection or Customer Service will be an added advantage
Salary
N50,000 Monthly Plus daily/weekly bonuses up to N15,000.
