Job Overview

  • As the Data Analyst, you are at the forefront of harnessing the power of data analysis, and machine learning to drive eMedicStore’s growth, streamline operations, and enhance user experiences.
  • Your expertise will translate complex data into actionable insights, pioneering the next wave of innovation in our platform and reshaping the digital healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive analyses.
  • Use statistical tools and models to predict market behaviors and user engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other analytical experiments to optimize platform performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures.
  • Translate complex data findings into understandable, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback and behavior to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide analytical support for marketing campaigns and product development initiatives.
  • Lead data-driven projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics.
  • Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
  • Implement new data analysis methodologies and data collection systems.
  • Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
  • Assist in the development of data governance policies and practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analysis and healthcare technology.
  • Support the sales and finance teams with data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.
  • Synthesize large volumes of data to create useful info and actionable conclusions.
  • Leverage data to identify strategic opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve business and operational strategies.
  • Educate team members and stakeholders on the importance of data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and chart creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and business forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
