Job Title: Analyst, MIS

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • To compile and maintain daily, monthly and ad-hoc management information and Statistical Returns / Schedules for Rehabilitations & Recoveries and administratively assist the individual collectors and management in the accurate and timely reporting of performance of the Department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in any finance related organisation.
  • Experience in various adhoc reports as may be required by regulators e.g CBN, NDIC etc

Required Experience

  • Monitor field collectors performance by daily tracking and monitoring their activities
  • Produce, analyse and send daily performance recovery metrics for the Personal recoveries, SME recoveries
  • Extract, analyse and timeously circulate the daily arrears report
  • Analyse the roll forward rate and cure rate in various delinquent bucket.
  • Rehabilitations and Recoveries Performance Report e.t.c
  • Monthly Issuance of demand letters to defaulting customers
