Requirements
- Culinary Degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience working as a Sous Chef, Line Cook, or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
