We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling office-related inquiries.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for team members, assisting with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Data Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
