Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at a leading hospital in the heart of Victoria Island, Lagos.
  • In this role, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing our standards of excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical departments and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to accreditation requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or healthcare management, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation requirements in healthcare.
