Job Title: Engineering / Facility Manager

Job Objective
- As the Engineering/Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and improvement of our facilities, equipment, and machinery.
- Your goal is to ensure that all assets are in optimal condition to support the achievement of company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and repairs of heavy & light-duty equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Lead efforts to improve facility operations and maintenance processes.
- Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
- Conduct audits of company tools and equipment, ensuring timely repairs or replacements.
- Prepare annual maintenance budgets and capital expenditure proposals.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations.
- Make recommendations for equipment acquisition to support production activities.
- Oversee daily operations of direct and indirect reports.
- Identify and deploy technical resources to deliver projects effectively.
- Participate in skill enhancement programs for self and team members.
- Make periodic presentations on maintenance activities to the CEO.
- Collaborate with Internal Control to establish maintenance process metrics and enhance performance.
- Maintain inventory of machinery parts, monitor purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of best practice maintenance strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Hands-on work ethic with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility and machinery management.
- Excellent technical knowledge of equipment, machinery, and maintenance processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
