Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and competitive market practices.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay structure adjustments.
  • Partner with HR and management teams to provide guidance on compensation and benefits issues, policies, and best practices.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in conducting market analysis and benchmarking studies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
