Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • We are looking for an aggressive, challenge-driven Sales Executive who will generate revenue for the company from its retail outlets and meet the outlets sales quotas

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify target audience, business opportunities, evaluate customer needs and prospects
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Receive walk-in customers, identify client needs and attend to all inquiries
  • Provide accurate information concerning products and service offerings
  • Manage product orders and deliveries
  • Ensure products are adequately stocked
  • Cross-sell products to customers
  • Develop and maintain the store customer base
  • Source for clients online
  • Revert customer feedback to the Supervisor/Customer Care Unit

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/OND
  • Minimum of a one (1) year sales experience
  • Must have an excellent verbal communication skill
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible to work shifts
  • Must have a good understanding of the retail sales process
  • Must a possess an excellent customer service skill

Job Title: Research Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a smart, efficient and knowledge-wide Research Analyst to join our fast growing organization.
  • The candidate will work towards developing the business through in-depth research, survey, analysis of trends, competitors and the industry.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Researching on government policies and incentives for local enterprise manufacturers
  • Researching market trends & behavior and industry environment
  • Survey and analyse market demands within the industry
  • Analyse, report and present researches in the form of professional proposals, application documents and/or publication
  • Collect and analyse data and information within the organization to form decisions that increase efficiencies in processes and operations
  • Collect, organize and store data for future research and development projects

Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced, goal-driven Sales Team Lead who will translate the Company’s business objectives into actionable plans; executing the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement key sales growth strategies and action plans
  • Build and maintain business/customer relationships
  • Manage and coordinate the Sales team to meet revenue objectives of the Company
  • Set activities and revenue targets for the sales team and ensure individual and team sale quotas are consistently met or exceeded
  • Prepare constructive sales report to the Management
  • Build and maintain a formidable sales team at all times
  • Advise on discounts and price changes
  • Make proposals and presentations for potential clients

Job Title: Brand/Business Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Brand and Business Executive who will grow and develop our business by driving the performance of the business, focusing on improving the image and position of the Company in the market and industry.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Brand Management:

  • Developing and successfully executing marketing initiatives (such as campaigns, CSRs and so on) for company product(s) and the company itself
  • Driving market growth for the Company by developing and implementing brand strategies and plans and by initiating sales leads
  • Researching, monitoring and reporting on market trends, competitor activities, consumer markets and keeping a close eye on competitive products and services in the market
  • Managing and monitoring activities on all the Company’s social media platforms
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential relationships for the brand
  • Developing, liaising and managing current and potential relationships for the E’sorae brand
  • Creating marketing campaigns that promote store sales – online advertising campaigns
  • Working with sales executives and customers on a regular basis
  • Managing the store display and adjust to seasonal variations
  • Ensuring standards for quality and customer service are met

Business Management:

  • Researching on organizations and individuals to identify potential new markets
  • Researching needs of organizations and individuals and identifying purchase decision makers and establishing contact with potential clients via email, telephone or in-person
  • Preparing and delivering informative and engaging power point presentations for business meetings
  • Updating clients on new developments with company products and services
  • Constructively developing ideas and plans for the company growth and see to their successful implementation

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum of a one (1) year experience in Branding
  • Must be business and social savvy
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Must have a pleasant appearance and must be very personable
  • Must have an excellent understanding of marketing mix
  • Must have a high creative ability
  • Must be up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
