Job Description

Requirements
The requirements for the position include:
- A strategic thinker possessing 2-4 years work experience
- Excellent communicator, attentive listener and compelling explainer
- Can use a computer to a high degree of proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Tenacity
- Target oriented: can scope and manage a service with a strong track record of delivering against aggressive timelines
- Good commercial awareness
- Ability to meet spelt out KPI’s
- High energy and determined to have a lot of fun on the job
- Experience in an online marketplace or similar consumer technology company
Responsibilities
- Showing a clear understanding of the service category in detail
- Meeting daily/monthly targets
- Reaching out to businesses in order to close sales on service offerings within your business category
- Working with other team members to close sales
- Tracking and reporting sales and other measurement metrics
- Ensure and manage strong customer relations
- Reports to Category Head
