Job Title: ESTATE OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Minimum B.Sc/HND in Estate Management 2nd Class Upper Division or Upper Credit
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Packages
- 5 – 8 years working knowledge of Facility Management/Real Estate is desirable.
- NIESV membership is mandatory.
- 30 – 40 years of age
Job Title: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
Specialisations:
Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air conditioning, Storekeeping and Plumbing
Qualifications:
- Labour & Productivity Trade I, 11, III
- ND will be an added advantage
- Work experience of 5 -10 years.
- 25 – 35 years of age
Job Title: DRIVER
Qualifications:
- With a valid driver’s licence.
- Aged between 30 – 45 years and lives within the Ogba, Omole, Ikeja environs
