Title: Community Marketer – Team Lead

We’re recruiting for the freelance position of Community Marketer, a member of the Easy Taxi team that will be responsible for executing field marketing and sales strategies to engage and recruit one of our most critical markets: entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, experienced, and professional drivers.

Note: After 3-6 months, Community Marketers that perform exceptionally will become eligible for permanent positions within the company.

This position is ideal for people who enjoy variety in their day – from working outdoors, meeting lots of people, preparing reports, and meeting targets that demonstrate their drive and ambition.

This role leads in the articulation and representation of the Easy Taxi brand to prospective and current drivers with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

The Community Marketer supports the company by identifying prospective drivers (in the field or online), pitching our app as a way to increase their revenue, maintaining relationships with them during the recruitment, training, and onboarding process, and ensuring they get the most value out of using our application.

This positions reports to the City Manager, Abuja.

Responsibilities

Field prospecting at least 3-4 days a week to meet and engage new drivers
Gathering key driver documentation and requirements in line with the company’s signup policies
Following up on inquiries and referrals from drivers
Negotiating driver contract terms and SLA agreements in alignment with company strategy and acquisition objectives
Meeting daily and monthly supply acquisition (sales) targets set by the Area/City Manager
Reviewing and improving individual performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Developing expertise of our market by actively contributing to the company’s understanding of the professional/taxi driver profession via each engagement (even in case of no signup)
Operating flawlessly as an invaluable ambassador of Easy Taxi at all times
Basic Qualifications

Non-Negotiable: You must know your way around Abuja
1-3 years cumulative experience in direct sales, sales management, business development, territory management, and client engagement
Intermediate to Advanced skills using Excel / Google Sheets
Experience producing and delivering compelling persuasive presentations
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership skills (as may be responsible for developing junior team members and growing sales team)
Must be comfortable presenting ideas to a variety of audiences, able to adapt communications, remain receptive of feedback, and adaptable to change

Title: Content Marketing Manager, Brand & Communications

Location Abuja

Summary

We’re recruiting for the position of Social Media / Content Marketing Manager based out of our Abuja office.
You will be the team member responsible for developing a conversational calendar pertinent to the Abuja market, including:

Managing our social media channels in collaboration with the Lagos content marketing team and as part of the Brand and Communications department
Developing, editing, and publishing core content as aligned with our brand guidelines (for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
Networking and engaging with influencers in the city to boost brand visibility online
Managing integrated marketing and ad campaigns for FB, Twitter, and Instagram
Consulting with other departments to make recommendations for bolstering engagement via our social media
Proactively monitoring mentions of our brand, and responding appropriately
Other offline tasks in support of the Marketing / Brand and Communications departments.

A university degree or equivalent.

A track record of social media management / content development / content marketing that showcases (a) creativity (b) ability to match (or even enhance) an established brand voice (c) examples of social media campaigns you’ve run, accounts you’ve managed, networks and communities you’ve built.

Note: We are not interested in run of the mill marketers who conflate thousands of followers with being successful online. For us, quality matters over quantity. We are not looking for get-famous-quick schemes that primarily involve purchasing followers, paying other accounts to promote us etc. Our channels aren’t for advertising, they’re for engaging and building relationships with our target market and active brand ambassadors.

Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills. A strong command of grammar, punctuation, syntax, as you’ll be crafting content that represents a global brand.

Proficiency with dashboard monitoring tools such as TweetDeck, Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc.

High understanding of and respect for Dignity and Diversity in the workplace

We’re recruiting sales consultants to support seasonal efforts in B2B Marketing. The consultants will work as members of the team that will be responsible for driving advertising sales and partnership strategies in Abuja.

Title: Associate, Customer Relationship Management

Summary

Responsible for leveraging various channels – email marketing, app push notifications, SMS marketing – to execute user retention and recurrence campaigns.

Act as a liaison between departments on matters to do with customer engagement. Assist with complaints, orders, billing, and other queries for ET corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other relevant ET products and services.

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and/or other web applications

Recommend potential products or services to management by gathering and collating customer feedback, analyzing customer needs, and sharing insights with the rest of the team

Resolve product or service problems with speed, efficiency, and professionalism; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
