 Job Title: Admissions Coordinator

JobSummary:

We are currentlyseeking an Admissions Coordinator who is well-versed in HR practices especiallyattraction, recruitment and selection of suitable candidates for the clientstraining. The person will work closely with the outreach team to identifysuitable applicants that will benefit from trainings and job placement at alltimes.

Responsibilities:

Selected person willbe able to work remotely and independently to:

·        Developand coordinate the whole admission process from applications, interviews to admissions

·        Logicallyand objectively identify and recruit suitable candidates to the company’sacademy all year round

·        Developand implement a recruiting and admissions program designed to communicateapplication status with both prospective candidates and non-prospects.

·        Usethe company’s cloud-base to monitor electronic applications, ensure admissionrecords are accurate at all times and generate reports as required.

·        Developand modify admission requirements based on a 360 feedback mechanism

·        Collectdata and analyse reports and application trends to provide suitable informationto stakeholders as required.

·        Workwith Academy manager to develop orientation program for admits

·        Workwith outreach coordinator to review and update publicity/advocacy material to ensureclarity in content and marketability of programme segments including socialmedia, radio and handwritten proposals.

·        Workin collaboration with outreach coordinator to develop advocacy andsensitization programmes so as to attract suitable and qualified candidates forthe company’s training. E.g. Information sessions, community drives etc.

·        Workin collaboration with academy manager to handle special eligible candidatesthat have financial challenges that might be a major hindrance



QUALIFICATIONS

•       Have demonstrated (2 years)experience in teaching, training, curriculum development or instructionaldesign

•      Possessa desire to impact youth development in West Africa, starting with Nigeria

•      Havea deep passion for mentoring young people to improve their skills and careerpaths

•      Havegood knowledge of HR practices

•      Strongorganizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

•      Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and skilful in online data entry and analysis

•      Havethe ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced entrepreneurial set-up as well as experienceand comfort working with ambiguity

•      Havethe ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

·        Mustbe willing to work out of station from time to time.
