The leader and a brand name in Advertising and business consults worldwide; is recruiting for the position of a Relationship Officer under our client’s mandate in the Insurance sector in Lagos state Nigeria.As part of creating a sustainable platform in servicing client’s needs, the Relationship personnel’s will be responsible for;


Job Title:  Relationship Officer

o    Educating customers on products and services, functionalities, features and competitive advantage.

o    Up and Cross sell products and Services (Telemarketing) to grow spend

o    Capture and monitor customer complaints and points of improvement and ensure complaints and queries are promptly attended to and escalated appropriately.

o    Handle all enquiries and requests of customers and ensure resolution as well as inform customers of status of their complaint, query or request and record details of contact

o    Ensure Key Customer Data is adequately captured and prompt documentation of transactions and collect data and information on customer care needs/issues.

o    Prepare standard and ad hoc reports on sales for management review and carry out statistical / data compilation/reconciliation, as directed, to ameliorate service.

o    Ensure delivery of excellent customer care and service delivery for a first call resolution.

o    Ensure sales/service of products and service tailored to customer need

o    Handle cash and routine administrative task for end of day reporting

o    Provide hands-on device repairs and query resolution

o    Follow through on customer queries ensuring prompt resolution and feedback

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Job Condition:

o    Normal working conditions and good health status

o    May be required to represent the company in official assignments

o    Experience & Training

Minimum Qualification:

o    B.Sc, BA, B.Ed, B.Eng, B.Tech or HND/O.N.D in relevant discipline

Experience:

o    relevant work experience in the service industry or any client related policies

Training:

o    Basic customer interaction trainings

o    Products & Services

o    Relationship Management

o    Relevant systems training

o    Call policies, processes and procedures

o    Call applications, technology and systems training

o    Telephone/ physical interaction etiquette
