Job Description
- An exciting opportunity has come up for someone wishing to shape and positively develop a school.
- You will provide leadership and be responsible for the day to day efficient management of the school.
Job Roles
- S/he will coordinate the affairs of the school, ensure total adherence of the school curriculum, and ensure all staff adhere to the professional conduct and policy of the school.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in education.
- Be inspirational, innovative and highly motivated with excellent management skills.
- Analyse and use data with confidence to evaluate provisions and make strategic decisions.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism to develop those around you.
- Have high expectations of pupil achievement, behaviour and attitude.
- Good computer skills and should be proficient in all MS Office applications.
- MS (Masters) in education or related field is essential.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability and desire to maintain positive links between the school, parents and the wider community.
- A highly organised practitioner with a commitment and passion for learning and raising standards.
