Job Title: Investment Officer, Private Equity & Real Estate Private Equity
Job description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the due diligence/ underwriting process on new potential investments
- Prepare investment committee memorandums and participate in investment committee presentations
- Develop financial models using appropriate tools
- Assist with capital raising and various investor relations requests
- Handle the portfolio management of select assets
- Function as a contact for existing funds and joint venture relationships
- Formulate recommendations and action plans for investments based on financial analysis
- Execute/oversee business plans for new investments
- Conduct investment/market research
- Review and respond to requests from LPs and investment partners
Desired Qualifications and Background
- Experience in Investment Banking/ Private Equity/ Corporate Finance
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Preferred graduate degree in business, finance, or real estate
- High degree of integrity and personal and professional ethics
- Desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization
- Previous real estate experience is preferred for Real Estate Private Equity
- Business School graduate
