- Minimum Professional Qualification Btech/Diploma Mechanical
- Desired Professional Qualification Btech Mechanical
Experience & Industry Exposure:
- Total Experience 8 to 10 years
- Relevant Experience i.e in the similar industry Supervision work in construction of building
- Relevant Experience i.e in the similar job role
Purpose of Job Role (why does this role exist?)
- The Individual will supervise all civil contractors doing work for EPNL erecting buildings/boundary walls.
- He will ensure work as per civil engg drawings.
- He will pass the bills.He will ensure the quality and timeline of the job
Reporting Relationship:
- Reporting To CTO or any person assigned
- Direct Reportees contractors/supervisers
- Size of the team to handling (Number) 10 or more
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA) of this role that will help deliver the purpose of this role:
- Checking job Quality
- Ensuring work to be done as per timeline.
- Ensuring bills are being made correctly
- Ensuring and planning work to avoid delay
- Ensuring all contractors are following safety practices
- Making timely reports on work progress
