Qualification and Requirements
- Must hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and be proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit for design and modeling.
- Minimum of 2 year’s Building services design and supervision experience.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, BS and Nigerian building code.
- Must have knowledge and experience in designing water supply, HVAC, drainage, fire fighting services,lift systems, sewage treatment etc.
- BOQ, specification, site supervision and tendering.
