Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- The HR & Admin Officer supports the smooth running of operations
- Managing all administrative work
- Assist in documentation and updating company’s files and records
- Experience in payrolls, taxes and accounting preferred
- Assist in recruitment and conducting of induction and training programme for new entrants
- Maintain a secure personnel file for each staff according including an up to date employment contract and clear job descriptions
- Ensure effective performance appraisal system is maintained.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in a related field
- Proven working experience of 3 – 5 years in this field
Key Competencies:
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Sense of concision and structure
- Highly professional and ethical with ability to maintain confidentiality
