 Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Description 

This is a mid-level executive role. Job holder primary focus is market the company’s products, acquire new business and ensure retaining of existing business:
  • Develop and implement an efficient and sustainable market strategy to achieve company’s business goals and objectives
  • Coordinate the marketing activities of the company with dogged focus to surpassing sales target
  • Source and close new businesses including offering assistance to marketing team in prospecting and closing sales meetings
  • Build an effective, target driven and efficient marketing team
Qualification / Skills
The right candidate who must be between 35-45 years of age and will be resident in Lagos must have:
  • A University Degree or its equivalent in any relevant discipline (a second degree and/or membership of relevant professional body may be an advantage)
  • Excellent service delivery focused with good communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Must have strong work ethics, be self-motivated and possess a strong desire to exceed target
  • Must be bright, confident and possess a charming personality charm likeable amiable
  • A minimum of ten (10) years post-graduation work experience with at least four (4) years of such experience as a Marketing or Sales Manager
Job Title: Training Instructor
Location:
 Nigeria 
Job Description 

This is a mid-level executive role. Job holder’s primary focus is recruitment, training and re-training of manned guarding personnel (security guard/operatives, security supervisors, Site supervisors/coordinators, patrol supervisors).
  • Develop training plan categorized in modules for different levels of security personnel and ensure periodic update of same
  • Efficient execution of training in line with plan and purpose, ensuring that well trained personnel are available at all times for deployment
  • Assess and identify risks and plan interventions to mitigate/overcome such risks via personnel engagement, training, retraining and drills
  • Perform test drills to validate effectiveness
  • Assist in creation of a comprehensive development plan for security personnel and champion the implementation
  • Conduct site audit/ evaluation and periodic client and location training needs assessment to enable need-based (refresher course) re-training of existing security personnel
  • Coordinate all other pre-recruitment activities of security personnel
Qualification / Skills
The right candidate who must be between 35-45 years of age will be a resident in Lagos and must have:
  • A University Degree or its equivalent
  • Proficiency in training needs assessment, strategy implementation, presentation and organizational awareness
  • Minimum of five(5) years post-graduation work experience in private security organization, with at least three (3) of such experience as a Training Instructor/Trainer
  • Excellent service delivery focused with good communication and leadership skills
  • Possession of relevant trainers certification s an added advantage
