Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Minimum of OND in Marketing or related discipline, with 2 years experience.

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Task Complexity:

  • The BM is to manage the entire Business Unit by developing, strategizing, sourcing for clients, building relationships, Marketing and directing the other units towards target achievements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of customer service
  • Prepare and administer contracts for provision of services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
  • Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events
  • Investigate complaints, disturbances, violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
  • Update product stock levels for sales forecasting.
  • Ensure brand and operational standards meet or exceed expectation to support brand consistency.
  • Ensure that premises, facilities and equipment are maintained and well managed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibit good leadership skills and ensure good customer service is exhibited by team members.
  • Marketing and developing ideas that will increase foot fall and drive sales revenue.
  • Ensure communication between all departments is maintained by holding meetings regularly where discussions are held on making targets and how to achieve them.
