We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Provide complete and appropriate solution for every customer in order to boost company revenue growth and profitability of products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets (Sales Growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business & customer relationship.
  • Achieve agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within a given territory.
  • Perform cost benefit & needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Present, promote & sell products using solid persuasion means to existing & prospective customers.
  • Analyze the markets potential, track sales and status report.
  • Promote defined products according to campaign briefs and policies.
  • Ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge and understanding of priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programmes
  • Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets (quantity & Quality) through face to face and meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget
  • Maintain a positive relationship and present a professional image to all current & potential customers.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of HND/B.Sc in Pure Science or related Social Sciences.
  • Professional Qualification in Marketing will be added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as Medical Representatives.
  • Must Reside in Epe, Aja & Badagry axis

Job Title: Resident Pharmacist/ Research & Development

Location: Anambra

Job Description

  • Leading R & D efforts of company from its inception to develop a range of brand of pharmaceutical/Cosmetics products.
  • Research, design and evaluate product materials, assemblies and processes.
  • Monitor product team metrics and ensure meeting of objectives/goals of product.
  • Document all phases of research and development of pharmaceutical products.
  • Follows all relevant R&D instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner under close supervision.
  • Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with company business units.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Working to improve and expand company’s product development formulations.
  • Research and analyze the products as well as update the products created by the company.
  • Ensure constant checks to ascertain the quality standards of the products.
  • Evaluate the product offered by the company to ensure its functionality.
  • Resolve a problem with an existing product that malfunctions and find a new solution.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • MBA Qualification will be added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.

Job Title: Assistant Regional Sales Manager

Location: Onitsha, Anambra 

Job Description

  • Ensure that the territory meets and exceed the expectation of the company goals so as to boost its revenue growth.
  • Leading a team of sales representative and set profitable goals.
  • Assist in analyzing regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Creating regional sales plans in alignment with company policies.
  • Participate in decision for expansion or acquisition.
  • Suggest new products and sales technique to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
  • Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
  • Hold Joint marketing with each rep at least once a month.
  • Provides monthly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity to Regional Sales Manager.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers in region.
  • Any other duty assigned by the Regional Sales Manager or National Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of B.Sc in Science related courses
  • MBA Qualification will be added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical industry.

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Increase the visibility and awareness of company’s pharmaceutical/cosmetics product so as to maximize sales growth.
  • Become knowledgeable of pharmaceutical product & able to communicate it clearly & effective to potential customers.
  • Promoting the market metrics of the pharmaceutical/cosmetics product to prospective customers.
  • Assessing the immediate customer needs and present suitable promoted products.

Responsibilities

  • Providing product information and deliver product samples.
  • Achieve agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within a given territory.
  • Monitor and analyze data market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
  • Liaising and persuading targeted customers.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • A minimum of OND/HND in Pure Science or related Social Sciences.
  • Professional qualification in Marketing will be added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as Sales canvasser.
  • Must Reside in Epe, Ajah & Badagry axis
