Requirements
- 1-2 years related experience
- Experience in a retail outlet will be an added advantage
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Description
- Attend to clients and assist them with their inquiries, and also use every opportunity to sell our products and services
- Receive phone calls, interacts with company’s customers, resolve any customer complaints, reply emails and messages
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Handle product recalls/ Attempt to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation
- Inform customers of deals and promotions.
Salary
N45, 000 – N50, 000/month
