We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
The Role
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be working closely with the Operations Manager and our Client Services team.
Pre-deployment strategy & planning – This includes activities involved in preparing a campaign for launch such as kick-off meetings with Client Services and Sales leads, establishing your audience targeting and data strategy.
Deployment – Launching marketing campaigns. Ensure all day to day activities within operations are well coordinated. Ensure thorough reconciliation and closure of projects within the stipulated timelines

Reporting & Insights:
Provide in-depth campaign reports and insights to Client Services, and Sales. Product Feedback
At least 2 years projects execution experience in a marketing agency
Strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights.
Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, including knowledge of pivot tables.
Attention to detail and precise data input is essential.
N675,000.00 P.A

Job Title: Operations Executive/Supervisor
Location: Kafanchan, Kaduna
The Role
You will have allocated to a set of Local Area Representatives (LAR), whom you will manage for:
Performance – acceptable and agreed targets
Temperament – Right and work attitude as dictated by the nature of this project
Efficiency and diligence in assignment
Appearance for business conduct – in line with agreed and given rules of appearance for business conduct.
Will oversee, coordinate and manage LAR’s, Vehicle Sales Man (VSM) and DTD activities in the field
Ensure LAR’s do not over push sell products that are not in focus in order to meet agreed daily target of focus brands so as to earn agreed compensation.
Collate daily contact report and report same to the Project Coordinator.
Ensure proper accountability of daily sales.
Manage the LARs to meet their monthly target to gain the maximum monthly performance bonus.
At least 2 years sales and supervisory experience
Attention to detail and precise data input is essential.
N675,000.00 P.A
