Job Title: Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible increasing turnover and maximizing profit.
You will be responsible for both strategic and people development of the sales teams to ensure sustainable growth of the department.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will lead from the front and be hands on and active member of the team.
You will be developing the sales process and procedures, monitoring and supporting the sales function, striving for outstanding customer service and developing the corporate side of the business.

You will be a Sales Professional (with a minimum of ten years’ experience) who thrives on delivering the best solutions for the customer and the business.
You will have a demonstrable track record of increasing new business opportunities leading to sustained growth within the IT industry.

Job Title: Inside Sales Support Officer

Job Brief
Are you energetic and well-spoken? Can you smile in the face of adversity and talk to anyone?
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Support staff.
The inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and increasing revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Provide relevant data and reports to help sales tem.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Participates in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge
Provide follow-up for customer quotes and lost sales.
Maintains database (Excel, etc.) of debtors and follow up for recovery.

Requirements and Qualifications
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers with a high level of confidence.
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) experience preferred
First degree from a recognized university

Job Title: Account Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop a strategic business plan
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors; close new deals within assigned territory.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Track record of successful deal closure
Maintain relationship across verticals
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Must be a team player

Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least B.Sc or HND in any Business related field and about five years sales experience in IT.
Must be computer literate with expertise in MS office specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Professional certifications in some IT related areas will be an advantage.
He must have industry knowledge and access to key people and decision makers and influencers.
