 Job Title: Graduate Pharmacist
Location: Lagos

Job Description
  • The Pharmacist serves patients by preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies.
  • Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
  • Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
  • Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians’ work flow; verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals; verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
  • Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals; counseling patients on drug therapies.
  • Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administration by monitoring nursing unit inspections; maintaining records for controlled substances; removing outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory; supervising the work results of support personnel; maintaining current registration; studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; advising management on needed actions.
  • Protects patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Job Title: Psychologist
Location:
 Lagos

Core Job Functions
  • Counsel individuals and groups regarding problems such as stress, substance abuse, and family situations, in order to modify behavior and/or to improve personal, social, and vocational adjustment.
  • Crafting and applying principles of psychology to understand company’s or team’s culture and help them achieve company’s objectives.
  • Offering therapy and treatments for difficulties relating to health problems such as anxiety, depression, and addiction, social and interpersonal problems.
  • Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues, and diagnose disorders, using information obtained from interviews, tests, records, and reference materials.
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside doctors, nurses, pharmacist and occupational therapists;
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans, specifying type, frequency, Intensity, and duration of therapy.
  • Prepare and type a bio psychosocial assessment, psychological case formulation and develop an individualized treatment plan for every patient in therapy.
  • Facilitate Diverse Group therapeutic sessions.
  • Select, administer, score, and interpret psychological tests in order to obtain information on individuals’ intelligence, achievements, interests, and personalities.
  • Utilize a variety of treatment methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, behavior modification, stress reduction therapy, psychodrama and play therapy.
  • Establish the psychological and psychosocial criteria of vulnerability and structure a process of detection of the main psychosocial risks
  • Create fact sheets and procedures for setting up and evaluating emotional and listening debriefing activities Set up and run the collective emotional debriefing system (training of members, setting up and running meetings, gradually capitalizing on experience)
Required Qualification and Experience
  • A minimum of a Master degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Minimum of 3 years internship and/ or paid Clinical experience
  • Strong communication.
  • Excellent relationship management and business development skills
  • Stress tolerance.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skill
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing
  • Patience: Must be able to demonstrate patient when dealing with staff who have mental or behavioral disorders.
  • People skills: Must be able to work well with staff, patient and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills. Psychologists need problem-solving skills to find treatments or solutions for mental and behavioral problems.
