Job Description
  • We are seeking to fill the position of a Plant Manager who would oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
  • He/ She would be responsible for developing processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Commit to plant safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment, following all safety regulation
  • Ensure all compliance needs are met
  • Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations
  • Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
  • Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements

  • Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years previous experience as a plant manager, supervisor, or related position
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field preferred; Master’s in Business Administration or Management a plus
  • Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • In-depth knowledge of industry and its place on the market
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations

Job Description
  • We are seeking to fill the position of an experienced Finance Director with a proven track record of success to manage and direct all company finances.
  • He/ She would oversee accounts and budgets, making strategic financial decisions that will promote long-term financial gain.
Responsibilities/Duties
  • Direct and monitor all financial activity of the organization
  • Manage company cash flow
  • Outline and implement company-wide budget plans
  • Prepare company financial statements monthly and annually, as needed
  • Oversee all accounting work and set up internal and external audits to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Use data analysis to strategically forecast financial trends
