Job Description
- An active and vibrant individual with experience in a Furnishing Coy with good quality control skills and eye for details.
- The Production Manager will lead the manufacturing team in safety, continuous improvement, quality, efficiency, and delivery.
Knowledge, Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Product or Furniture Design.
- More than 7 years of experience in full time design employment.
- Creativity, Integrity, high work enthusiasm, strong learning ability, careful.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external
- Open to travel.
- Should have a sociable character.
- High standard at Solid Works, Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of materials including leather and art works.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend manufacturing efficiencies improvement opportunities for cost savings
- Oversight of brochure creation.
- Oversight of updates to product listings on website
