Requirements
- Candidate must have a minimum of two years working experience in this position
- Candidate must be able to manage and effectively communicate and interact with third party staff.
- Candidate must be able to identify lapses in Payroll as well as statutory benefit
- Candidate must have managed outsource staff
- Candidates must have track sales record in outsourcing.
- Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma.
- Certification in CIPM is an added advantage.
