Job Description

  • Applicants must know how to Make sauce for chicken pie, meat pie and the sort.
  • Abilty to bake different kinds of cakes: desert cakes, sponge cakes , e.t.c.
  • Ability to bake a good number of fast food snacks such as sausages, scotch eggs,meatpie,doughnuts,chicken pie.

  • Minimum of one year working experience.
  • Minimum of first school leaving certificate.

 

Job Title: Fryer

  • Applicants must know how to clean, dress and marinate all protein (meat, fish,e.t.c) before the cook uses them.
  • Applicants must know how to properly fry meals like chips, beef kebab to name a few.

Job Title: Chef

Job Description

  • Ability to manage the kitchen fully. This is the chef’s primary assignment, making sure that meals are sent out on time and created following the recipes plus, ensuring that the kitchen is always in order.
  • Ability to monitor quality control, ensuring that all meals are created using the accepted recipe and method of preparation. Also, making sure that the meals are always tasty and of high quality.
  • Ability to prepare both Nigerian meals and inter-continental meals very well in such a way that the meals taste like it was cooked at home: No additives
  • Ability to come up with creative ideas for meals we can serve to help create special and everyday meals. This is to give our customers exciting new meals regularly while maintaining the everyday meal list.
  • Ability to point out opportunities for the business to grow and areas where the restaurant can do better so as to meet quality standard.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have a minimum of one year working experience
  • Applicants must have at least, a First School Leaving Certificate.
