Job Title: Agent Network Officer

Locations: North Centre, North East, North West, South East, South South, South West

Key Responsibilities

  • Agent acquisition and management. Work independently to on-board and facilitate registration of agents.
  • Ensure training & daily Support of agents on boarded is carried out.
  • Maintain a database of enlisted Agent.
  • Send daily, weekly and monthly reports as at when due to regional lead.
  • Attend Monthly Performance Review meetings in the region.
  • Meet the expected revenue and agent target.

Job Title: Software Developer (Dotnet)

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the design, testing,
  • deployment and maintenance of business software applications
  • Work with other Developers and application testers throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Participate in design meetings and consult with clients to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs and interact and sometimes direct third party partners in the achievement of business and technology initiatives.
  • To provide leadership and direction to the Application Support team by coordinating and managing troubleshooting and resolution of customer’s issues reported by Customer Care.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Sc, B.ENG, M.Sc. 3 years working experience

Skills:

  • Proficiency with C# is a must, with a familiarity of its coding environment (which is mainly Microsoft’s ‘Visual Studio).

Job Title: System Administrator (Agency Banking Application)

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring all agency banking platform status: servers, network and storage area network.
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
  • Provide support for application configuration and upgrades, and problem analysis and resolution for application problems, in conjunction with the users and external application or service suppliers where necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support for application users to ensure that the agency banking application is maintained to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinates and communicates with all responsible parties and user groups for major system outages, notifications, and enterprise updates.
  • Examine application functionality and performance and provide information about how it can be improved.

Qualifications & Experience

Skills:

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 in an enterprise environment. Windows server 2012 R2, IIS, Windows 10
  • Have 1 + years development experience with Java Strong knowledge of NET framework
  • Possess background in providing advanced technical support for Windows Servers, and enterprise applications.
  • Basic computer networking knowledge

Job Title: Database Integrity Management and Analytics

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains several database environments; applies updates, maintenance packs, patches, & fixes for all environments.
  • Prepares implementation plans for application upgrades and may coordinate rollout.
  • Designs database reporting infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of payment card industry data security standard relating to database systems
  • Monitors server performance and makes changes as needed. May design performance monitoring systems.
  • Works closely with developers, support and QA teams to design and optimize all DB environments.
  • Prepares scripts to automate administration tasks.
  • Performs advanced database administration activities including; installation, configuration, monitoring, space management, database backup and recovery, and may design disaster recovery procedures.
  • Performs installation, configurations, and maintenance for clustered database servers.
  • Plans and performs database server upgrades and determines standards for server configuration.
  • Performs database reviews and provides input to database design.
  • Writes and reviews stored procedures and makes recommendations for optimization.
  • Experience with Data warehouse and Business Intelligence tools, helpful

Qualification & experience

  • B.Sc degree in Computer Science and related courses, 3 years working experience.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database Administration Server and an understanding of Microsoft and Unix Server administration.
  • Have worked in a PCI environment.
  • Experience with creating standards and executing processes for Installing, Configuring, Securing, and Monitoring Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle in a high- availability environment.
  • Working knowledge of SAN concepts and physical array design

Job Title: Reconciliation Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile settled transaction from various channels for settlement reports to all Nigerian and Affiliate banks.
  • Reconcile all processed POS/WEB transactions against respective merchant settled amounts, for any exemption. Reconcile all bank branch collections transactions against settlement file of same period, for any exemption.
  • Reconcile all inward POS- PTSP settlement files from switches, against NIBSS TLM report to confirm all successful transactions have been settled.
  • Reconcile acquired transactions on payment gateway against all inward settlement file from processors to confirm all transactions processed by firm is settled.
  • Reconcile POS/WEB acquired transactions against NIBSS/Switch report to confirm all transactions processed by firm is settled
  • Liaise with counterparts (NIBSS, Processors) in relation to all unsettled transaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 years working experience in e-payment or banking industry in settlement and reconciliation unit.

Job Title: Settlement Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Process outward settlement at approved settlement cycle of merchants’ fund for transactions.
  • Process settlement for various channels to banks by card scheme for issuing and acquired.
  • Support banks whenever there are issues relating to settlement.
  • Perform secondary settlement to merchant of transactions accordingly to SLA, where applicable.
  • Monitor and liaise with counterparts (NIBSS, processors, banks) in relation to all daily settlements
  • Ensure accuracy of merchants, issuers, acquires and other parties reports and dispatch to them as applicable, at when due.

Qualification & Experience

  • 2 years working experience in e-payment or banking industry in settlement and reconciliation unit.

Job Title: Team Lead, Settlement & Reconciliation

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper outward reconciliation and settlement at approved settlement cyde of merchants’ fund for transactions before transmitting flies to NIBSS latest by 12 noon daily.
  • Ensure daily processing of net settlement file of banks via Nigeria Interbank Settlement Systems or any other allowed entity in line with SLA and industry standard.
  • Liaise with counterparts (NIBSS, processors, settlement banks) in relation to all daily settlements
  • Ensure reconciliation of all inward settlement files (other processors), against the payment gateway to confirm all successful transactions have been settled.
  • Ensure reconciliation of acquired transactions against other processors report to confirm all transactions from Xpress Payments channels are settled.
  • Prepare fee summary (inflow and outflow) of all electronic payment channel, international and domestic transactions to account department.
  • Host settlement reports and charge back file on FTP.

Qualifications & Experience

Job Title: Product Development & Innovation Officer

Locations: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiated market research studies and analyzed findings to understand customer and market opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for product development from idea generation to eventual customer use.
  • Ensure products are properly tested based on user requirements and test scripts and UAT sign-offs are documented and filed before go- live
  • Prepare and sign-off product requirements document.
  • Prepare Project document for product implementation team.
  • Prepare user manual for products managed.
  • Ensure product training for end users (internal and external)
  • Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors products.

Job Title: Head of Department, Financial Inclusion

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and win Financial Inclusion projects in Nigeria.
  • Prepare an annual work plan with clear targets for agents’ recruitment and revenue for the department.
  • Implementation of the Agency Banking strategy in line with company’s overall strategy including drawing and implementing the Agent recruitment and training programme as per agency banking annual work – plan
  • Initiate business cases and products concepts for value added services on agency banking and seek necessary approvals from withing the organization and the regulator
  • Evaluating agency channel processes and procedures from time to time for improvements of more efficient operations, compliance, better controls and user-friendly.
  • Running special data analysis for management information whenever requested.
  • Ensure reports are rendered to relevant regulatory bodies as and when due.
  • Execution of assigned projects/ tasks as it relates to Agency banking.
  • Carry out business risk assessments and institute controls in place to mitigate the risks, monitor compliance and safe operations of the agents by carrying out periodic visits,
  • Develop the annual budget for the department.

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in a similar role in a reputable fintech, Mobile Money Operator firm, or in a sales role of which 5 years must be in a managerial/leadership role.

 

Job Title: Team Lead, Public Sector (Sales)

Locations: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Sell company’s products to public Sector clients.
  • Win new businesses from current clients.
  • Grow the company’s penetration/market share on all business lines for Public sector.
  • Carry out sector needs analysis and work with the product development team to develop new or enhance existing products.
  • Work with the product development and customer service teams to carry out customer survey to obtain clients feedback.
  • Preparing monthly departmental performance report showing the various income lines which is presented to management.
  • Attend to and follow up to ensure service failure related issues with clients are resolved.

Qualifications & Experience

  • First university degree in Social Sciences or Art. A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years in similar job role successfully managing and motivating a sales team.
