Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • We seek an Experienced Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a sales strategy for company products by implementing sales plans and the supervision of the sales staff.
  • The responsibilities of the role will include researching and generating new opportunities, establishing deal terms, and selling technology via a consultative approach.

Key Deliverables

  • Identifying and segmenting customers according to demographics and psychographics.
  • Through design thinking, innovate creative solutions that addresses unique customer segments with a personalized luxury experience.
  • Implement vertical positioning of our brand across all customer segments with the goal of being the preferred customer brand.
  • Conduct regular competitor product, pricing and customer experience surveys to benchmark competitive advantage.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape with a strategic objective of dominating market share in every customer segment we compete.
  • Thorough analysis and understanding of business enablers and challenges (SWOT).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or any Sales related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ commercial expertise gained across Consumer Marketing and/or Sales Management.
  • Strong track record in sales at a management level, with experience in at least two areas of sales particularly critical is previous experience of field sales or other customer interfacing roles.
  • Strong Leadership skills and communication skills, written and Verbal.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communications (including written and oral presentation skills) and leadership skills
  • CTS Certification.

 

Job Title: Marketing Manager (Technology Service Industry)

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Our client seeks an ambitious, enthusiastic and well experience Marketing Manager. As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing the strategy and executing marketing projects to drive engagement with new and existing clients.
  • The Marketing manager will work closely with the cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc. to support the planning, strategy, execution and measurement of all Marketing initiatives.

Job Title: Inventory/Logistics Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are in need of an Inventory/Logistics Officer ASAP for our Lagos Office
  • You will be responsible for managing, receiving and dispatching materials, tracking and maintaining stocks levels and Inventory in the company’s warehouse.

Key Deliverables

  • Supervise and coordinate all activities for proper Inventory management to ensure optimum levels of inventory is maintained and at par with quality standards.
  • Keep track of inventory records to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and fulfill purchase orders,
  • Receiving, storing and issuing materials within the warehouse
  • Maintain stock records
  • Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders
  • Keep proper inventory records using an Inventory Management software
  • Responsible for preparing reports on any changes done to the Inventory that may be damaged, spoilt or returned
  • Coordinates purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Descriptions

  • Our client seeks a Supply Chain Officer, who will be responsible for the execution of all supply chain operations which includes the procurement and inventory of materials.
  • S/he is also responsible for establishing relationships with the best product and logistics vendors.

Key Deliverables

  • Ability to use Pro SCM software is compulsory
  • Knowledge of other SCM software will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with safety and procedural best practices in SCM
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Process and schedule internal project orders within specified procurement lead-time in the most efficient and cost-effective way
  • Warehouse Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND
  • 1-2 years’previous experience within the Supply Chain function is essential
  • Experience in setting up supplier agreements
  • Proven negotiation skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills/experience
  • The ability to understand technical and engineering terms is preferred
  • Decision making skills/experience is essential

 

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • We seek a Finance Manager who will work closely to support the CFO and Finance Department in all matters related to financial planning and analytics.
  • You will also work closely with the business leadership, providing business insights through analytical data and experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in providing analytical inputs through reports and metrics within the operational aspects of the business is key.

Key Deliverables

  • Fundamental understanding of financial accounting and strategic management.
  • Ability to extract cash from the value chain using innovative techniques and tactics.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Nigerian tax and labor laws
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work as a team with other people.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to generate timely, concise, and effective business correspondence both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical skills including agility to respond to evolving financial and economic landscape.
  • Ability to interact with employees, customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • An MBA is required.
  • ACA or ICAN Certificate.
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in finance, financial accounting and managerial accounting.
