We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Online Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and nurturing a sales pipeline by finding opportunities, closing contracts, managing customer relationships, achieving defined sales targets, and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction.
  • He/She  will support and grow the company’s online sales business, targeting and building relationships with various clients.

Other Responsibilities include;

  • Respond to all email, phone and chat leads immediately.
  • Qualify each lead based on needs.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online leads with the goal of setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Agents
  • Provide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling points of each community.
  • Work with each lead to determine best community and floor plan.
  • Utilize lead management software on a daily basis.
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios.

Administrative Sales Personnel:

  • Sales engagement and digital expert
  • Take direction to understand accurate forecasting and close business within average sales cycle  -Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor.
  • Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent the brand to clients.
  • Establish and build relationships with online clients to provide the best possible products and service.
  • Significantly grow online revenue.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue sales goals.
  • Explore other sales channels. make recommendations to management about other online sales platform feasibility and use.

Education Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.

Other Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in product management.
  • Proven experience in sales or sales development
  • Team spirit, positive, self motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent spoken and written English,Good communication skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Work effectively in a collaborative work environment
  • Ability to implement ideas and direction around sales process and messaging.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Offline Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an offline sales specialist who will be responsible for tasks that support the financial, marketing, customer care and sales goals for the organization.
  • This position will focus on completing tasks to support customer experiences.

Other Functions include;

  • Assist partners in the execution of channel marketing programs to increase product sales within customer base.
  • Support partner marketing activities including trade shows, campaigns, and emails to develop brand awareness.
  • Managing the sales of the product offline.
  • Meeting with merchants and researching what they want.
  • Explore other sales channels. make recommendations to management about other online sales platform feasibility and use.
  • Support sales team with online sales activity and lead generation.
