Job Description
- We seek to employ competent and good looking customer relationship personnel who will be the face of the organization and interact with prospective/existing clients on a daily basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor competitors as a way of improving the company’s products and services
- Understand customer concerns
- Train new staff
- Investigate possible problems.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of OND from a reputable higher institution
- Good interpersonnel and human relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience and computer literacy is an added advantage
