Job Title: Client Services Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services.
  • Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service role.
  • 1+ years’ experience in management position preferred.
  • Proven ability to utilize the Salesforce contact platform required.
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills required.

 

Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are in need of suitably qualified Candidate who can update their company financial policies and develop new financial policies to help meet or exceed corporate goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our accounting department to streamline vendor payment processes and improve the financial health of the company.
  • Reconcile corporate balance sheets and deliver summary reconciliation reports to the executive team.
  • Oversee all activities related to state and federal tax compliance issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a managerial accounting position.
  • Strong understanding of tax codes and laws.
  • Proficiency with accounting software required.

 

Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are in need of suitably qualified Candidate who will actively monitor the company operations and make recommendations to executive management about enhancing business processes and company structure.

Responsibilities

  • Review business process and company policies to help enhance workflow and develop a stronger company.
  • Work with executive management to review job responsibilities and alter employee and departmental tasks based on company needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to help find ways to create cost-effective business processes that will attract new customers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • 2+ years’ experience in operations monitoring.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work with management at every level.

 

Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes.
  • Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
  • Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.

Qualifications

  • OND preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
