Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Offa, Kwara
Job specifications
- Our Brand Manager develops and executes the brand strategy and makes feedstock available to support the strategy.
- His or her task would include arranging consultations work with farmers on latest technologies.
- He or she shapes the company’s outward image by uncovering consumer insights.
- Additionally, he or she defines what attract our customers and prospects, and how we can improve customer experience,
Requirements
Work experience:
- 7+ years experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, out of which 4+ years working experience in brand management; or out of which 4+ years experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Abilities:
- Sound leadership ability.
- Strategic thinking and ability.
- Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations.
- Understanding of the marketing mix.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
Competences:
- Marketing.
- R & D.
- Public relations.
- Product development.
